Children notice race at a very young age. With a focus on children’s literature, we will briefly discuss and model ways adults can talk about race and racism in age-appropriate ways with preschoolers.

Join us to explore how to approach talking about race with preschool aged children, and how to use picture books as conversation starters. We’ll have a chance to reflect, discuss, and share ideas and resources.
