You’re Invitied to a Documentary Screening!
The Lyons Community Library is pleased to announce the upcoming screening of Talk to US LYONS, a documentary by, for, and about the people of Lyons, Colorado on November 2, 2024. Produced in partnership with R&R Vision, the documentary centers on interviews and conversations with civic leaders, business owners, visitors, and residents within Lyons, and highlights various viewpoints and experiences of the people who shape this community.
The screening is free and open to the public, and will take place at 7:00pm on November 2nd at the LaVern Johnson Auditorium inside Lyons Middle/Senior High School, 100 McConnell Dr. A Q&A with the filmmakers will follow. All are invited. We hope you’ll attend for an evening that promises to be entertaining as well as thought-provoking. Join us as we consider what our obligations are to ourselves and each other as citizens and as humans, and what it means to be part of a community such as Lyons. This is our story, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
