(Check the top three that apply, and please note that it is possible that there will be people holding all of these values at our SEED Seminar. Your answers will be kept confidential.)(Required) I strive to see the dignity and humanity in all of us. I am my ancestors' wildest dreams. I seek to create a safe and brave space in my dominant-culture institution, organization, or community. No justice, no peace! If you aren't angry, then you're not paying attention. I believe that equal rights for others doesn't mean less rights for you. We will not have justice without reparations. I'm proud to be at an institution, organization, community that is a leader in this work. I am exhausted by this work and looking for restoration and repair. I am proud to be part of a great institution, organization, or community and becoming more diverse and inclusive will only make us better. The change I am seeking will so radically change my institution, organization, or community that it may longer recognize itself. People are generally good, and ignorance is the root of much evil. This country was founded on genocidal, exploitative, White, Christian, cishet Patriarchy. We should expect social inequity to exist and perpetuate itself. I seek to see and hold multiple truths. I'm not sure. I am still learning, and there is still so much that I don't know. Are there additional statements you would use to describe your equity stance, beliefs, or values? Are there any accommodations or access needs that you require or are requesting for any physical conditions or abilities? Are there any dietary restrictions that you have that we should be aware of?
